We see espresso as the most beautiful expression of coffee. It allows the absolute essence of the beans to come through. Le Singe has a deep respect for high-quality coffee. We strive to create meaningful experiences for those who value espresso at its highest level.
When a lot is truly worth releasing, we release it. When it isn’t, we wait.

Espresso is unforgiving, so the profile has to be precise. We prefer a lighter leaning roast to preserve the full profile of the coffee.

We publish suggested dose/yield/time. Not definitive and should be calibrated based on setup.

A note on the design
The Le Singe monkey is inspired by a real Colombian spider monkey. We have never met this monkey and they are still in the wild.
